Bundle Promotion Terms & Conditions

“2 for 1 – Premium Backpack Bundle”**

§1. General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the promotion is Jalirus Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. WOKULSKIEGO 1A/4, Pruszków, 05-804,

    Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000771476, NIP: 5342593448, owner of the online store available at https://bortego.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

  2. These Terms & Conditions define the rules of the bundle promotion called “2 for 1 – Premium Backpack Bundle” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”).

  3. The Promotion is valid exclusively in the Bortego online store.

§2. Promotion Rules

  1. The Promotion allows the Customer to purchase two city backpacks as one bundle for the price of one product.

  2. The Promotion applies only to the specific bundle available at the following product page:

  3. The promotional price displayed on the product page is the final price and already includes the discount resulting from the “2 for 1” offer.

  4. The Promotion applies only to the complete bundle. It is not possible to purchase individual products under this Promotion.

  5. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, special offers, or price reductions, unless the Organizer explicitly states otherwise.

§3. Withdrawal from the Contract and Returns

  1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

  2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract:

    • only the entire bundle may be returned; returning individual items from the bundle is not permitted,

    • the refund will be made in the amount actually paid by the Customer, i.e. the promotional bundle price.

  3. Refunds and return procedures are handled in accordance with the general return policy and applicable legal provisions.

§4. Complaints and Defects

  1. Products included in the bundle are subject to complaints based on statutory warranty (legal guarantee) rules under applicable civil law.

  2. Complaints are processed in accordance with the complaint procedure set out in the Bortego Store Regulations.

  3. If a complaint is accepted, the Customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund, in accordance with applicable law.

§5. Final Provisions

  1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  2. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or terminate the Promotion for justified reasons, without prejudice to the rights already acquired by Customers.

  4. In matters not regulated herein, the Store Regulations and applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.

 

“Roll-Top Backpack Bundle – 3-Pack”**

§1. General Provisions

  2. These Terms & Conditions define the rules of the promotion entitled “Roll-Top Backpack Bundle – 3-Pack” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”).

  3. The Promotion is valid exclusively in the Bortego online store.

§2. Promotion Rules

  1. The Promotion consists of the sale of a bundle of three Roll-Top backpacks at a special promotional price.

  2. The Promotion applies only to the specific bundle available at the following product page:

  3. The promotional price displayed on the product page is the final price and already includes the discount granted as part of the Promotion.

  4. The Promotion applies only to the complete bundle of three backpacks. It is not possible to purchase individual backpacks under this Promotion.

  5. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, vouchers, or special offers, unless the Organizer explicitly states otherwise.

§3. Withdrawal from the Contract and Returns

  1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

  2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract:

    • only the entire bundle of three backpacks may be returned; partial returns of individual items from the bundle are not permitted,

    • the refund will be made in the amount actually paid by the Customer, i.e. the promotional bundle price.

  3. Refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise.

§4. Complaints and Defects

  1. All products included in the bundle are subject to statutory warranty rights (legal guarantee) in accordance with applicable civil law provisions.

  2. Complaints regarding products purchased under the Promotion are handled in accordance with the complaint procedure described in the Bortego Store Regulations.

  3. If a complaint is accepted, the Customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund, as provided by applicable law.

§5. Final Provisions

  1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  2. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or to terminate the Promotion for justified reasons, without affecting the rights already acquired by Customers.

  4. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Bortego Store Regulations and applicable Polish law shall apply.
